As a doula, I meet my clients where they are in their unique journeys, providing education and support for all birth choices—whether at home, in a hospital, or through a planned C-section. My goal is to minimize birth trauma, reduce unnecessary medical interventions, and create a more positive birthing experience. By guiding parents through the many choices they face, I help them feel confident, informed, and empowered throughout this sacred time.
